Our farms

Our Izumo matcha/hojicha is sourced from a farm in Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, Japan — a region known for its cloudy skies and rich soil. The unique climate helps produce tea leaves with vibrant color and deep umami. Carefully grown and stone-milled, our matcha reflects the care and tradition of generations of Japanese tea farming. We carefully select every batch, ensuring it meets Japanese and EU pesticide standards and is HALAL-compatible.

Izumo

Ancient beauty and spiritual depth — home to Izumo Taisha, one of Japan’s oldest and most sacred shrines. Just like the shrine symbolizes connection and harmony, our matcha is a tribute to tradition, nature, and care in every cup.

The History of Matcha

Matcha came to Japan in the 12th century with Zen monks. It was used for meditation, then refined into the tea ceremony. Samurai and nobles drank it for focus and calm. Today, it’s a symbol of tradition, wellness, and mindful living.
