Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, with delivery times depending on the courier's schedule. We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, and UPS. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

 

Pickup Option

We offer free local pickup at Burquitlam station. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

 

Shipping Areas

At this time, we currently ship to Canada only.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check all information — including your name, shipping address, and item selection — before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
