Please note:
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of matcha, whether opened or unopened.
If tracking confirms delivery, Aun Cha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
Refunds are not available for delayed items that are eventually delivered.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at auncha.matcha@gmail.com with clear photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
